Purpose of this Web Application Is to Assist with Logistic Fleet Management on Vehicles

Application is developed to keep vehicle records secure, records such as Fuel usage,

Service Cost, Trip History. If you want to sell or service your vehicle you can easily get a Full Records of each vehicle.

This Application was released on trial run, and is being continously developed. Developer has encryptied data for secure reasons, doing the best he can adding security to all data.

Developer for this Application is Open to customize each applicaton to fit clients needs,

Therefore fill free to contact the developer for any functions you feel needs to be addressed

or developed.

HOW TO USE THE APPLICATION

After completing your registration, use your Cellphone Number or Email address as your UserId

Press NEXT and provide your secure Password

On your Account First thing is to setup your Account

• 1. Add New Vehicle on the left panel Button
• 2. Put mouse over ontop right where your Name is showing, Go to settings click and Add Department, and fuel types
• 3. Add drivers

After this Setup, your Application is good to go

HOW IT WORKS

After setting up Application, inorder to get a proper Fuel Effeciency make sure you fill your fuel tank to the full, from its empty state or lowest level

NB: Everytime each vehicle is refueled, make sure to enter details on (mileage button) left panel

Fuel Effeciency starts to be calculated from second refuelling, then the application will do its work

NB:Developer is currently UPGRADING this function, so that we can get accurate recording on realtime

Each and everytime your vehicle goes for service, click on Service Button on left panel and add your service details such as spare parts added and costs

After a Day,or week or month: You want to get vehicle reports; Click on Reports left button Panel and select report, period of time (dates), and enter . You will get your report immediately and you may also print out PDF/Excel
